Augusto Frota is the owner and head coach of the Frota Academy. He is a 4th degree BJJ black belt, former professional MMA athlete, and is known as one of the most successful martial arts coaches in Europe.

GROUP CLASSES
Our group classes in Cham have students ranging from beginners to hobbyists and competitors. Most classes have 5 to 15 students on the mats so you’ll learn with your training partners as well as with your instructor. Beginners are always welcome!
ACADEMIES
We offer different locations across Switzerland. Choose the one which is most convenient for you, book a free trial – and pay us a visit! We guarantee you’ll love training with us.
FREE TRIAL CLASS
Your first class is free, just book it with us first so we know you’re coming. We’ll lend you a gi, and you don’t need any experience: most people who walk in have never trained a martial art before.
CLASS SCHEDULE
Frota Academy Zug runs Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Adult classes are at 12:15 on all three days with an evening class on Wednesdays at 18:30. Kids train in the late afternoon, grouped by age. Private lessons are arranged directly with your instructor.
